Please NOTE! Athletes did NOT have to attend open house sessions, OR pre-register, however
Athletes MUST register in MRS as a TRYOUT PLAYER ($0) PRIOR to attending a tryout. This covers your OVA Liabilities. The Ottawa Valley Vikings are Region 6.

PROOF of registration will be required at the start of each tryout, print or screenshot.

The ATHLETE is the one who registers, if a parent is doing the registration USE THE PLAYERS NAME AND EMAIL. (when applicable). There are steps available on the OVA website, and a lil YouTube video if you are having trouble.

NO ATHLETE CAN TRYOUT FOR ANY CLUB WITHOUT BEING REGISTERED IN MRS AS A TRYOUT PLAYER. It’s quick to become a NEW MEMBER and a TRYOUT PLAYER. Please ensure athletes attend the age appropriate session and location. There will be a minimum of TWO tryout sessions prior to team selection and announcement.

13u – born 2011 or earlier (6v6)
14u – born 2010 (TLS)
15u – born 2009
16u – born 2008
17u – born 2007
18u – born 2006
